NXT Gold Rush Featuring TNA, AAA, Evolve Announced for NYC

WWE announced NXT Gold Rush during the NXT Halloween Havoc premium live event on Saturday night. The two-week event will take place on November 18th at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City and air on The CW Network. They will also tape a second episode on November 18th that will air on November 25th.

TNA Wrestling, AAA, and EVOLVE will all be involved with the special event, as the two shows will feature championship matches from all four promotions involved.

NXT Gold Rush follows NXT vs. TNA Showdown which aired on The CW on October 7th and featured NXT vs. TNA bouts.

This marks the third NXT event to take place at the Theater at Madison Square Garden, following Roadblock and an NXT live event earlier this year.

WWE continues to work closely with TNA, though reports suggest that they don’t plan to outright buy the promotion. WWE took majority stake in AAA earlier this year and presented AAA TripleMania earlier this year.
