Paradigm Talent Agency is making more big moves in the wrestling industry, signing top WWE NXT prospects, Kelani Jordan and Shiloh Hill. Per a report by The Sports Business Journal, Paradigm will now represent NXT Superstar and reigning TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordan, and the NXT developmental prospect Hill.
Paradigm launched its sports group last November after previously brokering the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson boxing match on Netflix. The agency’s sports wing is led by Paradigm agent Nick LoPiccolo and managing partner Andrew Ruf. Since its launch, the agency has signed some huge names to its agency, including such top WWE Superstars as CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Damian Priest, Sheamus, Natalya, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, Alexa Bliss, and more. As previously reported, CM Punk signed with Paradigm to represent him “in all areas” in June 2024.
Kelani Jordan and Shiloh Hill mark the first WWE developmental talents to sign with Paradigm Talent Agency. SBJ notes that the agency will represent them in contract negotiations, branding outside the ring, and potential media opportunities. LoPiccolo also explained to the outlet about how the agency will continue in its expansion with its roster of WWE talent. He stated to SBJ, “Paradigm is bullish on WWE talent because the marketplace dictates the demand. If the marketplace takes a turn, we will be at the forefront of that cultural change.”
Paradigm also represents other stars in combat sports, football, and entertainment, including boxing legend Mike Tyson, Amanda Serrano, Zhang Weili, Aaron Donald, Reggie Bush, Rey Lewis, and more. Blake Monroe and Jade Cargill also signed with Paradigm earlier this year.
The 26-year-old Jordan is a rising star, having been a former WWE NXT North American Women’s Champion. At last month’s TNA Victory Road 2025 event, Jordan scored a huge victory, winning the vacant TNA Knockouts World Title after beating Lei Ying. During the NXT vs. TNA Showdown special earlier this week on The CW, she joined Team TNA in a Survivor Series Style Elimination Match, with Jordynne Grace as the special guest referee. Team NXT picked up the victory.
Jordan will now go on to defend her TNA Knockouts Championship against former WWE Superstar and NXT Women’s Champion, Indi Hartwell, later this weekend at TNA Bound for Glory 2025. It takes place at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts, on Sunday, October 12, and will air live on pay-per-view.
