Roxanne Perez has confirmed she is fine after taking a head impact during a segment on WWE RAW this week. The incident occurred during an angle involving Stephanie Vaquer and Liv Morgan.
The sequence began with Vaquer attacking Morgan from behind during a backstage interaction. Morgan was pushed forward and collided with Perez, resulting in the head contact. The segment continued with Vaquer driving Morgan into a nearby screen as part of the storyline.
Following the show, reports indicated that both Liv and Roxanne had been placed on concussion protocol. Perez shared an update on Instagram. She posted a photo with ice applied to her head and wrote that she was “alive and well.” The message addressed the concern after the spot aired.

Perez had only recently returned to WWE programming. She had been out of action since the Royal Rumble due to surgery for a benign growth on her back. Her return to RAW included involvement in ongoing segments featuring Morgan and Vaquer.
Within the storyline context, Perez has been aligned with The Judgment Day since May 2025. The group has been involved in multiple angles, including tag team matches in the women’s division. Perez previously stepped into a supporting role during Morgan’s absence, including winning the Women’s Tag Team Championship alongside Raquel Rodriguez.
The current storyline continues to build toward WrestleMania 42 Night 1, where Morgan is scheduled to challenge Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship.
At this time, there are no reports of further issues related to Perez following the incident.
