As previously reported, Kristina Salen was recently replaced as Chief Financial Officer of WWE and replaced by Frank A. Riddick III. Per a WWE SEC filing, some details have surfaced on Riddick’s executive salary and signing bonus (h/t Wrestlenomics’ Brandon Thurston).

For his base salary, Riddick will receive $850,000 a year. He was also paid a $1 million cash sign-on bonus and given $5 million worth of WWE stock. Salen had an annual base salary of $730,000 based on a disclosed offer letter in July 2020, along with $500,000 worth of stock.

Riddick has to work in the company for three years to keep the entirety of his $1 million signing bonus, which he’ll receive in a lump sum for his first pay day. In addition, he’ll be eligible for discretionary bonus awards.
