Post-SummerSlam Raw Rating Hits Four-Month High
– Monday’s post-SummerSlam episode of WWE Raw hit the highest rating the show has seen since the weeks following WrestleMania. Last night’s episode brought in a 1.15 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic, up 1% from last week’s 1.14. Meanwhile, the total audience was 3.404 million, a 5% increase from 3.233 million last week. The demo rating was the highest since the April 17th episode had a 1.19, while the viewership was the best since April 10th’s 3.429 million.
Raw ranked #2 among cable originals for the night per Showbuzz Daily, beaten by the NFL pre-season game on ESPN (1.2 demo rating, 3.574 million viewers). The hourly numbers were:
8 PM: 1.14 demo rating (3.416 million viewers)
9 PM: 1.21 demo rating (3.581 million viewers)
10 PM: 1.10 demo rating (3.216 million viewers)
