The Hardys are still the TNA World Tag Team Champions. The legendary duo defeated The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) to retain the belts following an action-packed match at TNA Genesis 2026.

The tone for the match was set when the two teams started to brawl at ringside, even before the bell had rung.

The closing sequence of the match saw Matt Hardy hit Vincent with a Twist of Fate after Dutch picked up a microphone and said that this was exactly what they wanted, i.e., to hurt. This was followed by Jeff hitting a Swanton Bomb on Vincent.

Jeff then pinned Vincent to earn the pinfall victory and ensure that the TNA Tag Team Championship stayed with The Hardys.

After the match, Dutch prevented TNA President Carlos Silva from presenting the belts to Jeff and Matt Hardy. He grabbed the titles from Silva and slid them into the ring.

Thanks to this victory, The Hardys’ reign as TNA World Tag Team Champions now stands at 182 days. They won the title in a four-way Ladder Match at Slammiversary last July.
