As reported previously, TNA Wrestling and Qatar Pro Wrestling (QPW) are allegedly set to collaborate for what is being billed as “the largest project in the history of both companies” this year.
Bodyslam+ has now provided more details on the reported show. According to the website, sources close to the development claim that TNA Wrestling and QPW will join forces in Doha, Qatar, for Qatar Pro Wrestling’s showpiece event, SuperSlam. The event will take place on Saturday, May 1, 2026.
The report further notes that the show will stream live on TNA+ and will also air on Triller TV. According to Bodyslam+, this year’s SuperSlam was initially supposed to take place in February. However, a source claimed that TNA asked to postpone the show until WrestleMania 42 to “help accommodate their partners, WWE.”
That said, no official announcement has been made from either side as of this writing. As a result, no specific talent has been revealed. The report also notes that QPW will now be going by a new corporate name, i.e., Q Pro Wrestling.
For those unaware, TNA collaborated with Q Pro Wrestling last February for QPW SuperSlam 3, as the company sent Mustafa Ali, Nic Nemeth, and Matt Cardona as its representatives. The show took place on February 22, 2025, and saw Mustafa Ali defeat Alofa to win the QPW World Championship.
411Mania will report further details on the upcoming event as and when they are available.
