Tommy Dreamer Weighs In On Jon Moxley’s New Storyline In AEW

Jon Moxley returned on AEW Dynamite to kick off a new storyline, and Tommy Dreamer is intrigued by what it could be. Moxley made his return on Wednesday’s show and told Tony Schiavone that “AEW isn’t your company anymore,” later revealing that he had aligned with Marina Shafir. Dreamer spoke on Busted Open Radio about the storyline and how the internet immediately began speculating that it might involve Shane McMahon. You can see highlights below (per Wrestling Inc):

On Moxley’s return: “Jon Moxley coming back was interesting, but then what he said was what got everybody talking and everybody speculating. I thought he carried that well, he looked really good, in the sense of, like, physically, he looked a little bit refreshed because he was looking a little bit. I don’t know, he looked a lot healthier. I enjoyed his promo, and Jon’s always like what his music is, the wild thing.”

On the new storyline tease: “There’s something brewing with this guy, and in pro wrestling, when we say it’s a tease, or something changes, right away, the internet explodes with Shane McMahon.”
