WWE: Unreal Season 2 is streaming now on Netflix, with Episode 4, “Performance Art,” documenting music artist Jelly Roll stepping into the ring at last year’s WWE SummerSlam 2025. Night 1 saw Randy Orton team up with Jelly Roll against Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul, with McIntyre and Paul picking up the victory.
During the episode, both WWE Chief Creative Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Jelly Roll’s tag team partner, Randy Orton, shared their thoughts on the music star’s in-ring debut, paying him high compliments. Below are some highlights of their comments (via Fightful):
Triple H on Jelly Roll Reminding Him of Dusty Rhodes
“Yeah, but I mean like, literally, they worked out for an hour or two, and then he did, like, the first five minutes of the match. He’s pretty good. He was bouncing around the other day in between shit, and he was throwing jabs, and I was like, ‘this motherfucker’s Dusty (Rhodes). He’s like a sloppier version of Dusty.’ He would get up, he’d get knocked down, and he’d get up and do the dance around, bounce around shit, and I thought ‘Goddamn, there could be something there.’”
Randy Orton on Jelly Roll Being a Natural Performer
“If I were to describe Jelly Roll, he’s a natural performer. He’s someone who has performed all over the world. He does shows where people come just to see him. You can just tell that he’s a lifelong fan, he loves this business, and he’s been watching because he knows what it takes to perform in that ring, and he just did it so well. I was so impressed. He blew anyone else out of the water that’s ever tried to step out of their world and step into ours.”
WWE: Unreal Season 2 is streaming now on Netflix, with Season 3 announced for a Summer 2026 release. You can check out Robert Leighty Jr.’s full report of the third episode RIGHT HERE.
