Two Alumni File Class-Action Concussion Lawsuit Against WWE

The Wrestling Observer reports that Vito Lograsso and Evan Singleton (aka Adam Mercer) have filed a class-action lawsuit against WWE over concussions. The two are represented by the same attorney who represents Billy Jack Haynes in his lawsuit against the company.

Both men have filed suit over concussions, with Lograsso claiming that he has “serious neurological damage, including severe headaches, memory loss, depression and anxiety, as well as deafness” as a result of WWE run. Singleton said that after wrestling 15 matches for WWE in developmental, he sustained “multiple traumas” including a serious head injury sustained after facing Eric Rowan. He claims WWE cleared him to continue competing after “inadequate rest time.” He says he suffers from “severe neurological symptoms.”
