As reported earlier today, WWE announced that Triple H has taken over all responsibilities as the head of WWE creative. Fightful Select has more details on the situation, including the status of Bruce Prichard. Prichard had been working in both creative and as the head of talent relations before Triple H assumed both roles.

After the announcement on Friday, Prichard and Koskey were the ones in charge of Smackdown’s direction. Producers were told at the time, however, that Triple H was the “finish guy.” After today’s news, Prichard is still with the company and will still work in creative. Those higher up in the company were also told that Vince McMahon would at least be available in some form as he is transitioning away from WWE.

Talent were said to be excited with today’s news, as there was concern when Prichard was involved with both talent relations and creative. One of the reasons was that talent was concerned about asking someone who was in charge of creative for time off if they needed.

Meanwhile, people at the USA Network said today’s news is an “exciting change.”
