Update on WWE Recent Women Call Ups, Concerns Over Making Enough Time For Them
November 30, 2017 | Posted by

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the reason for all the women call-ups is the feeling was with the same seven or eight women on each brand being featured, that they were running through all of the matches and that the rosters were becoming stale. This led to Paige’s return, and Many Rose, Sonya Deville, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, and Sarah Logan being brought up from NXT.
The concern is how to give everyone TV time, as the new faces will need time to develop and get thier characters over. They also need to give them time on live events. Most WWE live events only run one women’s match, and that is usually a three on three tag, but the feeling now is that the women will need two live event matches per show.
