PWInsider reports that the US District Court of the Northern District of California has delayed the case management hearing in MLW’s lawsuit against WWE. The hearing was originally set for September but will now happen on October 27.
MLW has to file a response to WWE’s motion to dismiss by March 29, and WWE would then have until April 5 to respond. The judge will then rule on whether it will advance or not.
MLW is accusing the company of contract interference and violating the Sherman Antitrust Act, among other claims.
