Raquel Rodriguez will battle Stephanie Vaquer in a Philadelphia Street Fight for Vaquer’s Women’s World Championship on next week’s WWE Raw. It was confirmed by Adam Pearce on tonight’s show that Vaquer and Rodriguez will settle their differences in a street fight on next week’s post-Royal Rumble episode of Raw.
The match was set up on Monday’s show after Vaquer and RHIYO battled The Judgment Day earlier in the show. The babyfaces picked up the win in the match. Later, Rodriguez went looking for Adam Pearce but Vaquer found her and they fought in the back. Vaquer eventually found Pearce and said she wanted Raquel, leading to the Raw General Manager setting a Philadelphia Street Fight for next week. You can see a clip from the segment below, along with a clip from the match.
The match is the first announced for next week’s Raw, which takes place in (obviously) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the Xfinity Mobile Arena. The show will feature the fallout from Saturday’s WWE Royal Rumble and airs live on Netflix.
