WWE Announces Second Season of Mixed Match Challenge

– WWE has announced a second of the Mixed Match Challenge. The announcement was made in a video post to the Mixed Match Challenge, which you can see below. The video features Cathy Kelley announcing the teams for the challenge. The teams are as follows:

* Alexa Bliss & Braun Strowman
* The Miz & Asuka
* Lana & Rusev
* Naomi & Jimmy Uso
* Finn Balor & Bayley
* Sasha Banks & Bobby Lashley
* R-Truth & Carmella
* Alicia Fox & Jinder Mahal
* AJ Styles & Charlotte Flair
* Kevin Owens & Natalya

New elements for season 2 include: 14 episodes, each 30 minutes in length; a round-robin elimination format; two matches in each show; and an interactive pre-show beginning at 9:50 p.m. ET. In addition, the season 2 finale will take place during WWE’s TLC pay-per-view event on Sunday, December 16. The show will make its return on Facebook Watch on September 18th at 10 PM ET/PT. The first season saw The Miz and Asuka defeat Charlotte Flair and Bobby Roode in the finals.
