UPDATED: NXT Takeover Reportedly Set For Performance Center, Audience Will Be Present
UPDATE: Looks like NXT Takeover is confirmed for the Performance Center with a small audience in attendance, according to the latest report. Fightful Select has updated their report to confirm that the show will take place from the PC and not Full Sail University. In addition, the “friends and family” audience plan will be in effect, with several recommended people being told they could bring limited people with them.
No one under 16 will be permitted at the show without a guardian and face coverings plus social distancing policies will be required. Those attending must also submit a rapid COVID-19 test and temperature check, plus sign a waiver.
ORIGINAL: It appears as if WWE may have a certain number of people in the crowd for NXT Takeover: 31, according to a new report. Fightful Select reports that several talents in WWE and people close to talent have said that requests were being made to bring “friends and family” to the show on Sunday, and were asked on Friday afternoon to recommend names.
WWE is reportedly moving to the Performance Center for NXT and 205 Live tapings starting with Takeover, though the company has yet to officially confirm that. Takeover streams on the WWE Network on Sunday.
