Paul Heyman Says His DVD Was ‘Underestimated and Undershipped’
February 19, 2015 | Posted by
– Paul Heyman spoke with WhatCulture and discussed the sales for his Ladies and Gentlemen, My Name is Paul Heyman DVD set. Heyman said that the set was “underestimated,” telling the site that the demand was there.
“Nothing to do with the audience,” he said. “The DVD was dramatically underestimated and undershipped. Once stores like Best buy sold out, they were never replenished. Hundreds of complaints on this very timeline. They underestimated and then never addressed the “discovered” demand. On this issue, I cannot advocate any defense for them. Missed opportunity. Happens in every company. Happened in this one.”
