Paul Walter Hauser Joins Cast of Fantastic Four

Paul Walter Hauser is heading into the MCU, signing on to join the cast of The Fantastic Four. Deadline reports that Hauser (Black Bird, Inside Out 2) is set to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe film in an as-yet-unrevealed role.

Hauser joins a cast that includes Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm, and Julia Garner as the Shalla-Bal iteration of the Silver Surfer. Plot details have yet to be revealed for the film, which is being directed by Matt Shakman from a script by Eric Pearson, Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer.

Production on the film kicks off this summer with a July 25th, 2025 release date set.
