WWE Signs Two New Talents From SummerSlam Weekend Tryouts

This past summer, WWE held a massive tryout session for about 55 prospective candidates. Indie wrestlers, athletes in other fields, models and more were part of the mix.
According to PWInsiderElite.com, at least two have been signed to go into the NXT/Performance Center system. One of them, Jessica Bogdanov, was previously reported as attending.
A former calisthenics world champion and gymnast, Bogdanov is also a professional pole dancer and hand balancer. Based on her Instagram images, she is extremely physically flexible.
Not getting as much initial attention, but now signed as well, is Cyrus Habibi-Likio, A former Orgeon Ducks running back, Habibi-Likio is the grandson on his mothers side of Iran’s former head military surgeon, and a Tongan immigrant on his father’s side.
WWE was reportedly drawn to him not just for his athletic background, but his social media presence as he vlogged his journey to the tryouts. A family backstory reminiscent of both the Iron Sheik and Haku presumably doesn’t hurt.
Cyrus Habibi-Likkio describes himself as both a content creator and a pro athlete, as well as a disciple for Christ and a house-flipper. To do all of that, one would have to be a pretty good talker and have strength to back it up, so it’s easy to envision his potential.
