The Bella Twins Call For 3-4 Women’s Matches Per Night at WrestleMania 42

The Bella Twins have called for more women’s matches on each night of WrestleMania 42.

WrestleMania 42 will emanate from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 18 and 19. So far, two matches involving women have been announced for the show. More matches involving female wrestlers will be announced in the coming weeks.

Former WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton, who is certain to perform at this year’s Show of Shows, was a guest on the latest edition of The Nikki & Brie Show. During the conversation, Stratton said she believes women will headline WrestleMania again. This led The Bella Twins to suggest there should be three to four matches on each night of this year’s Showcase of the Immortals.

Below is the conversation:

Tiffany Stratton: “I fully believe one day we’re gonna have another women’s main event at WrestleMania. So, us women, we all need to come together. We need to make that happen.”

Brie Bella: “For sure. Well, all the women have been killing it lately, so if it’s not happening this ‘Mania, I’ll be shocked, and I hope too there’s just as many.”

Nikki Bella: “And a lot more female matches. I feel like there should be three a night.”

Brie: “If not four.”

Nikki: “Especially with added time from ESPN.”

Brie: “So we need to see a lot of women on WrestleMania. For sure.”

The Bella Twins are currently involved in the Women’s Tag Team Championship picture on SmackDown. They challenged The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend). However, the match ended in a DQ following interference from Charlotte Flair. Nikki and Brie will take on Flair and Alexa Bliss this coming Friday.
