Update On Plans For AAA Verano de Escándalo PLE

AAA is setting up plans for their summer Verano de Escándalo show, with a new report detailing a possible date. The report comes from Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select, who said that the annual summer show was being worked on by TKO as of WrestleMania weekend.

Verano de Escándalo has traditionally taken place between June and August as far back as 2009, when it shifted to the summer months as opposed to fall. The report notes that the plans could be more fluid due to TripleMania being expanded to a two-night event this year.

The report notes that if Verano de Escándalo does end up happening, July 25th looks like the likely date.

AAA is presenting their latest big event, AAA Noche de Los Grandes, this weekend.
