Danhausen ‘Uncurses’ New York Islanders in Cameo Video

A fan paid Danhausen for a cameo for him to “uncurse” the NHL team, the New York Islanders, since his “uncursing” helped the New York Knicks win the team’s first NBA Championship in 53 years. You can view that clip of the Cameo video shared by the fan on social media below.

Danhausen says in the video, “I keep having to curse and uncurse people, so I don’t know how wearing thin this is, but New York Islanders, you are uncursed! Hope it works! No guarantees!”

It remains to be seen if the uncursing works for the New York Islanders like it did for the Knicks, who beat the Spurs in Game 5 to win the NBA World Title. The Islanders have won a Stanley Cup since 1983.
