TNA’s Joe Doering is heading to hospice care amid his latest battle with brain cancer, as revealed on Monday. As previously reported, the former TNA World Tag Team Champion has been sidelined since 2022 with his third battle against the condition.

Doering’s sister-in-law Mandy Banh, who launched a GoFundMe for Doering in September of 2025, provided an update via the campaign. She wrote:

“Sad to share the news that Joe is heading to hospice soon. If anyone is local & would want to visit, please send a message. Joe could use all your good thoughts & prayers.”

Joe Doering was initially diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016 before announcing that it had returned in 2022. He stepped away from active competition at that time. Banh revealed when she launched the GoFundMe that he was dealing with a third tumor.

You can contribute to the GoFundMe at the above link. In addition to his two runs with the TNA (then Impact) World Tag Team Championship, Doering is also a former two-time AJPW Triple Crown Heavyweight Champion and a four-time AJPW World Tag Team Champion.

On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Doering.
