Sami Zayn put the Undisputed WWE Championship on the line in an impromptu match on this week’s episode of WWE Raw. Monday night’s show saw Sami Zayn come out in the start of the show to interrupt Adam Pearce and complain about the fans and the lack of disrespect that he gets.

Zayn continued to rant about how no one has done more than him and took shots at Roman Reigns until Je’Von Evans came out and told Evans to shut up. The two went back and forth, trading shots until Pearce said that if Zayn wants more time and respect he could defend the title against Evans.

The match went a little over 13 minutes, with Evans putting Zayn on his heels with his high-flying offense at several points. However, things turned against him when Bron Breakker attacked Penta, who was at ringside. Evans dove onto Breakker, which gave Zayn his opening and the champion hit an Exploder Suplex on Evans. A Helluva Kick finished the match with a win for the champion.

You can see clips from the WWE Raw segment and math below. The Vision beat down Evans and Penta after the match.

Sami Zayn’s Undisputed WWE Championship reign stands at 46 days. He beat CM Punk for the title on the September 11th episode of WWE Smackdown.
