Conor McGregor Says He’s Accepted UFC Offer For Dustin Poirier Fight, But Only For 2020
Conor McGregor is down to fight Dustin Poirier, but only if it takes place this year. The former UFC champion posted to Twitter to retweet a post by Poirier, noting that he’s accepted an offer from the company to face Poirier but only if it takes place in 2020.
McGregor posted:
“Hello Dustin! I accepted the UFC offer to fight you, but told them it must happen in 2020. I’m ready for Nov. 21, given that card’s recent injury issues, as well as any of the December dates, the 12th and the 19th. I’ll also still donate the $500,000 to The Good Fight Foundation.”
