Daniel Straus Recovering After Suffering Motorcyle Accident

Daniel Straus is currently recovering from a motorcycle accident that occurred last weekend and left him hospitalized. Strauss issued a statement to Bleacher Report acknowledging the accident, though he did not provide any details.

“On early Sunday morning, I was involved in a motorcycle accident,” Straus said. “I’m currently recovering and will hopefully be returning to the Bellator cage sometime soon. I appreciate all the well wishes and ask that people respect my family’s privacy during this difficult time.”

Strauss’ manager Matt Aptaker said that Straus has full movement of his legs and arms, is awake and is able to talk. He said that the full extent of Strauss’ injuries is unknown, noting, “It’s just too early to tell.”
