HBO Max Starts Peacemaker Hotline During NYCC

With New York Comic-Con in full swing, HBO Max and Warner Bros. have started a “hotline” for the upcoming TV series, Peacemaker, starring WWE’s John Cena, who reprises his role from this year’s The Suicide Squad. You can see the number to dial into the hotline below.

The Peacemaker phone number is 1-833-4PSSMKR. The hotline has an automated message that says, “You have now joined the Task Force X meeting, which Peacemaker was late to. Please hold.” After some brief hold music, there’s some audio footage from the recent first look clip that was released earlier this week.

The upcoming series stars Cena as Peacemaker alongside Steve Agee, Danielle Brooks, Jennifer Holland, Chukwudi Iwuji, Robert Patrick, and Freddie Stroma and will follow up on the events of The Suicide Squad, with Peacemaker’s origins being explored as he ventures out on a new mission. The eight-episode series is set to premiere on HBO Max in January 2022.
