Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms Gets Bloody With First Trailer

The first trailer for the animated Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms film is online, with a trailer befitting the franchise’s violent nature. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment released the trailer for the follow-up to Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge on Thursday, and you can see the preview below.

The film is set to release on August 31st on digital and physical home video and stars the voices of Joel McHale as Johnny Cage, Jennifer Carpenter as Sonya Blade, Jordan Rodrigues as Liu Kang, Patrick Seitz as Scorpion, Artt Butler as Shang Tsung, Downes’ Shinnok, Dave B. Mitchell as Raiden, Ikè Amadi as Jax, Grey Griffin as Kitana, and Fred Tatasciore as Shao Kahn among others. Matthew Mercer will play Stryker and Smoke, Bayardo De Murguia will be Sub-Zero and Kuai Liang, Matt Yang King will play Kung Lao, Paul Nakauchi will play the Lin Kuei Grandmaster, Emily O’Brien will portray Jade, and Debra Wilson will portray D’Vorah.
