Netflix Reveals Cast Of Remaining Endless For The Sandman Season Two
We’ll see Dream’s other family members in season two of The Sandman, and the cast members for those remaining Endless members have been revealed. Netflix announced on Monday that the remaining members of The Endless — Delirium, Destiny and “The Prodigal” — will be played by Esmé Creed-Miles, Adrian Lester, and Barry Sloane, respectively.
The Endless are the powerful cosmic entities who are responsible for the aspects of the universe that their names embody. In addition to Dream (Tom Sturridge), season one revealed Death (Kirby Howell-Baptiste), Desire (Mason Alexander Park), and Despair (Donna Preston), all of whom will return in season two. Patton Oswalt, Vivienne Acheampong, Gwendoline Christie, Jenna Coleman, Ferdinand Kingsley, Stephen Fry, Asim Chaudhry, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Vanesu Samunyai, and Razane Jammal are also returning from the first season.
The Sandman is based on the acclaimed Neil Gaiman comic book series from DC/Vertigo and was developed by Gaiman, who executive produces. Allan Heinberg serves as showrunner and EP. You can see the casting teaser video below:
