AEW News: Note On FTR’s Tag Team Title Loss, Kip Sabian Possibly Injured

– A new report has a brief note on FTR’s World Tag Team Title loss at AEW Collision. As reported, the team lost the titles to Ricky Starks and Big Bill on the show in a five-minute match that saw Cash Wheeler put out of action before Bill nailed Dax Harwood with three chokeslams for the win.

According to PWInsider, the title switch has nothing to do with Wheeler’s legal situation in Florida. As you may recall, Wheeler was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm back in August for an incident that allegedly happened in July. It was reported yesterday that Wheeler is dealing with an injury.

– PWInsider also reports that there was word after the ROH taping on Saturday that Kip Sabian may have injured his jaw. There’s no confirmation on the injury, though he was being checked out by AEW’s doctor after his match that was taped for this week.
