AEW Plus No Longer Open For New Subscriptions On Triller TV

AEW Plus looks to be potentially phasing out, with Triller putting an end to new subscriptions in favor of MyAEW. As previously reported, AEW launched the new MyAEW platform earlier this month for international subscribers. The new platform is a partnership with Kiswe and provides tiers with access to varying degrees of streaming content from AEW.
As PWInsider initially reported, the AEW Plus page is no longer allowing new subscriptions. The page reads:
“AEW Plus is no longer open for sign up.
For more information about available All Elite Wrestling programming in your territory, please visit MyAEW.com.”
PWInsider notes that existing subscriptions will continue, but as of now it appears as if no new subscriptions will be done. AEW previously removed live PPVs from Triller as well.
Triller has reportedly been going through some issues, having been delisted from the NASDAQ at the start of the year after failing to make required financial disclosures which was attributed to a technical matter. It was reported on Sunday that Adam Abdalla’s Orange Crush was seeking to buy TrillerTV.
Neither Triller nor AEW have yet issued any comment on the sunsetting of AEW Plus for new subscriptions, nor how long the service may remain available for existing members.
