Backstage Note On Length Of New TNA Contracts

TNA has signed a number of talent to new contracts recently, and a new report has a bit of a note about the contract lengths. TNA announced a number of new signings in recent weeks including Rich Swann, Tasha Steelz, and Indi Hartwell among others.

According to Fightful Select, the majority of the new contracts the company is executing are “shorter-term” contracts. TNA signed a number of talent to new short-term deals in December as a number of deals were coming up at that time.

The report at that time said that most of the deals were for three months. It’s not clear of the new contracts have the same length. TNA’s new re-signings, which also include Daria Rae and Trey Miguel, come as the company has undergone some churn with Tessa Blanchard, Tommy Dreamer, and Sami Callihan being let go. Mike Santana’s deal is reportedly ending as well and he has finished up with the company.
