A banking group is set to make a ton of money for advising WWE on its upcoming sale to Endeavor. The Financial Times reports that Raine Group, which advised WWE on the deal, will make $65 million if the acquisition successfully closes.
Raine is not the only banking company set to make big money, as JP Morgan and Moelis will both receive $25 million for advising WWE on the deal, which was announced the day after WrestleMania 39 night two.
Endeavor and WWE have said that they expect the deal to close by the end of the year, and that it will see WWE merged with the UFC to form a new publicly-traded company called TKO Group.
