Brie Garcia Isn’t Holding Her Breath Over Bryan Danielson’s Retirement

In the latest episode of The Nikki & Brie Show (via Fightful), Brie Garcia spoke about Bryan Danielson’s upcoming retirement and said she doesn’t believe he’ll actually go through with it. Danielson has said he plans to stop wrestling full-time in order to spend more time with his daughter.

She said: “When the day is, whenever you retire, I’m not gonna hold my breath, I will never hold my breath with you. Because you’ve said it so many times. […] There’s so many times I thought maybe you were gonna retire.”

Danielson replied: “When? When I was forced to retire, that was the one time. Then there was in between WWE and AEW, when I actually wanted to be done, and then you got mad at me for even suggesting the idea.”

Brie added: “Well, the only reason, I was like, opportunities like this never come around.“
