Chelsea Green Hopes Matt Cardona Returns To WWE, Wants To Team With Him At WrestleMania

Chelsea Green is still hopeful that her husband Matt Cardona will return to WWE at some point. Green has had a successful run in her latest stint including a reign with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, and she was asked on Goat Radio if Cardona might follow her path back to WWE.

“Maybe,” Green said (per Fightful). “Fingers crossed, maybe. I really really hope so. I would love nothing more than to have a mixed tag match with my husband at WrestleMania.”

Cardona has been a top name on the independent scene since leaving WWE in April of 2020 and has teased a possible return several times in the past three-plus years.
