CM Punk Confronts Fan for Unauthorized Filming Hours After WrestleMania 42 Sunday

Hours after losing the World Heavyweight Championship to Roman Reigns in an instant classic at WrestleMania 42 Sunday, CM Punk got into a confrontation with a fan at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

According to a video posted by TMZ, the incident happened after a fan started filming Bayley hugging someone in the lobby. Punk instantly stepped in and smacked the phone right out of the person’s hand.

Before the situation got even more heated, Ace Steel, who was present there, and the security team rushed to separate Punk and the individual. The person in question initially appeared upset but then backed off and apologized several times.

In the footage, Punk understandably looked worn down following his grueling showdown with Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Sunday. The Best in the World fought like a warrior and pulled all stops to deny Roman but ultimately collapsed from the punishment he had taken during the 30-plus-minute war with his bitter rival.

Roman feasted on Punk’s lifeless body, Spearing him out of his boots twice and pinning him to capture the World Heavyweight Championship.
