Damian Priest Predicts Tag Team Championship Will Return To The Judgment Day

During a recent interview with WWE’s The Bump, Damian Priest noted Cody Rhodes’ NXT appearance sans title belt and pointed it out as an omen for the future (via Wrestling Inc). In Priest’s mind, it’s only a matter of time before The Judgment Day reclaims the Undisputed Tag Team Championship from Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso, a match slated to take place on the upcoming episode of WWE Raw. On seeing Rhodes at NXT without the title in hand: “I’ll say this, everybody is praising ‘NXT’ last night, my favorite part of ‘NXT,’ was Cody showing up without the titles. Do you know why? Because he shouldn’t get used to having them, because come Monday, the Judgment Day are taking them back anyway. That’s what I have to say about that. As far as us, because we lost the titles not being number one, are you kidding me? We were number one without having any titles and now we are about to get even more titles — we are dripping in gold.”
