– Lashley was involved in a back and forth incident backstage ahead of Bound For Glory regarding the catering at the event. According to PWInsider (per Wrestling Inc), Lashley was at catering when an unnamed X-Division talent complained about the food. Lashley snapped back, rebuking the person and saying that he shouldn’t be commenting on the quality of the food considering how short his career has been. He told the person to go by his own food if he wasn’t happy with what was provided.

Lashley’s response was described as blunt and “funny” and well-received among some of the more established talent.
