Impact Wrestling Rating Hits Seven-Month High, Viewership Slips
February 9, 2018 | Posted by
– The rating for this week’s Impact Wrestling was up to the best number in seven months. Thursday’s episode brought in a 0.08 rating and 294,000 viewers, up a tick and down 8% from last week’s 0.07 and 319,000 viewers. That’s the first time the show has gone above a 0.07 since the July 13th, 2017 episode had a 0.1 demo rating and, of course thus represents a 2018 best. The viewership drop can almost certainly be attributed to the first night of Olympics coverage on NBC, which dominated across broadcast and cable.
Impact ranked #123 among cable originals for the night per Showbuzz Daily. The Duke vs. North Carolina NCAA basketball game on ESPN won the night with a 0.87 and 2.429 million viewers.
