Janel Grant Asks Court To Force Dr. Carlon Colker To Hand Over Discovery Items

Janel Grant has filed a new motion asking the court to force Dr. Carlon Colker to hand over discovery items related to her lawsuit against Vince McMahon. As reported in July, Grant received a ruling allowing her to file a bill of discovery against Coker. Grant is seeking information from for her lawsuit against the former WWE Chairman on allegations of sex trafficking, abuse and assault. She is specifically seeking travel records, medical records, communications with Vince McMahon regarding Grant and more. Coker allegedly saw Grant on McMahon’s behalf at his Peak Wellness, Inc. clinic. Grant says that she received treatment that was not disclosed to her.

Grant filed a motion of compliance in Connecticut Superior Court, per BJ Bethel. The motion argues that Colker has provided just two records to Grant’s team. The first is an “audit log” for Petitioner’s electronic medical file. The second is a single text message.

The motion goes on to state:

“Defendants have not produced Ms. Grant’s payment records, despite being directly instructed to do so at the August 11, 2025 hearing.”

Grant’s team issued the following statement to Fightful which read:

“To date, Dr. Carlon Colker and Peak Wellness have engaged in persistent stalling tactics that have only prolonged this deeply painful process for Ms. Grant, and we have respectfully asked the court to intervene and compel compliance with our Bill of Discovery request once and for all.”

Grant filed suit against McMahon in January 2024, accusing him of abusing and sexually exploiting her. The lawsuit contributed to McMahon’s exit from WWE and TKO.
