JBL On Who He’s Put In Modern Million Dollar Corporation 

On the latest episode of Something To Wrestle With, JBL was asked who he’d recruit for a modern-day Million Dollar Corporation. The WWE Hall of Famer used the question to argue that talented stars like the Creed Brothers are being underutilized and need an opportunity — and a manager. You can check out his comments below:

“Not only from the WWE roster, but I’m a big fan of Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin — I think those guys would be great in it. I think Chad Gable would be great in it. I think the Creed Brothers would be good in it; I love what those guys have done. As far as women, I’d have to go Jade Cargill — I think she’d fit great into a Million Dollar Corporation type thing. And R-Truth is in my cabinet no matter what. If it’s a serious thing, if it’s a funny thing, I don’t care — R-Truth is with me no matter what.”

On Giving People Chances Through the Idea:

“It’d be somebody who’s being left behind. I like the Creed Brothers — I love what they’ve done, and I think they need a manager. You could do some great stuff with them. Look what you saw with Chad Gable: you have a guy who’s this incredible wrestler, and as I said last week, I think he’s the best wrestler in the world. He proved that with that mask versus mask match — that was phenomenal — but if you don’t have something like AAA, you never see that side of him. You’ve seen him have great stuff, but nothing legendary that people are going to talk about for 20 years. Sometimes people just need opportunities.”
