Keep Refreshing For The Latest Results

SICKOS! It’s Wednesday, you know what that means! AEW Dynamite is live tonight from BASTAN, Massachusetts! And tonight is the go-home episode of the flagship show, as the next two hours will be an enthralling final build for Full Gear this Saturday.

But, in the words of the late, great Billy Mays, “But wait, there’s more!”

As has been tradition over the past couple of months, AEW is adding an extra hour to the docket in order to fulfill the Collision commitment to TNT, so tonight, we will have three hours of awesome action!

The AEW Women’s Tag Team Title Tournament rolls on, as Megan Bayne and Marina Shafir will face Anna Jay and Tay Melo, otherwise known as TayJay, while TIMELESS Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa AKA the Love Bombs will square off with Alex Windsor (WINDSAHHHHHHHHHHHH!) and Riho! And continuing the women’s portion of the show, Mercedes Mone, in her hometown, will face Red Velvet, finally cleared for competition, in an ROH Women’s TV Title unification match.

Speaking of titles, Saturday, the AEW Unified Title will debut in a Casino Gauntlet Match, and tonight, the #1 and #2 spots in the match will be determined. Vying for the #1 spot will be Bobby Lashley and Ricochet, while vying for the #2 spot will be Speedball Mike Bailey and Shelton Benjamin. And speaking of matches with title implications down the line, Mascara Dorada will face Kazuchika Okada in a Double Jeopardy match. To the point, if Dorada wins, he gets a future AEW Unified Title Match, but if Okada wins, he gets a future CMLL Trios Titles match. Good for the family as much as Okada, obviously!

We’ll also have a singles match between the AEW World Men’s Champion, Hangman Adam Page, and Katsuyori Shibata, one third of the AEW Trios’ Champions, no doubt in an effort from Samoa Joe to hinder/possibly injure Hangman ahead of his World Title Steel Cage Match against Joe at Full Gear. Kenny Omega will also make his return and, as always, so much more in store tonight!

So, how is everyone doing tonight? My Thursday morning/afternoon is going to suck, since I have to make my yearly maiden voyage to Oakland (The Pittsburgh suburb, not the city in California) to the Hillman Cancer Center, which is always fun. I’ll also have a tire change on the docket because, well, you know, Western PA winters lol. But, on the other side of that, I have a virtual interview for a job I really want and then, later that night, Avatar in concert at Stage AE!

Also, I want to thank the participants of the Roundtable for submitting their predictions for my preview for Full Gear. There are still three of you who agreed to take part that I am still waiting for so, once more, please have them to me by the end of Thursday! Please and thank you!

Alright, enough with this rambling introduction, it’s time to get ready to make the Dynamite go BOOM!

Tonight, we are LIVE from Boston, Massachusetts, on the road to Full Gear! Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, and Bryan Danielson are on the call tonight!

YOU WANTED WAR!

WE HURT PEOPLE ALL THE TIME!

#1 entrant for the AEW National Title Casino Gauntlet Match at Full Gear: Bobby Lashley W/MVP vs. Ricochet W/GOA

Ricochet with the Eagles Salute to Service hoodie on! Love it! He also wants to talk before the match. He has things he wants to say. The first is FLY EAGLES FLY! He knows that Patriots fans don’t remember what it is like to win a Superbowl. The only good thing to come out of Massachusetts was his wife, love you baby!

He goes to give the mic back to Justin Roberts, but he says, ACTUALLY, he has more to say. He wishes that Ariel Halwani would have asked to talk to him and not Tony Khan. Apparently, MVP is getting senile, because he called the National Title the International Title.

When he wins the National Title this Saturday, you will show him the respect that he deserves. He has his homies here to help him in the GOA. He calls Bobby Lashley a big bald oaf and says there is nothing anyone can do about it. Not the old grandma in the front row, and not the young kid next to her.

Lashley FINALLY has heard enough, as he hits a standing chokeslam to Ricky out the ring, as he squeals lol. Lashley goes to the floor and dispatches of both GOA members. He returns Ricky to the ring, but Bobby misses his corner SPEAR and is rolled up for a two count. Kicks from Ricky, standing splash, he hits the corner and hits a moonsault, but it only gets him a two count. Ricky to the top, Bobby moves, though. He charges towards Ricky, but Ricky pulls Bryce Remsberg in front of Bobby! Ricky gouges the eyes of Lashley behind the ref’s back. His Spirit Gun is cut off by a huge slam from Lashley. SPEAR from Lashley, and he moves into the number one spot!
WINNER: Bobby Lashley
TIME: 2:35 (I think, they said the bell rung, but I didn’t hear it because Ricky was so funny)
THOUGHTS: Ricky talked for longer than the match took place. Bobby with a resounding victory, and I’m not that mad.
RATING: **1/2

The Opps are in the back, sans Hobbs. Joe says it must feel good, to be World Champion, a fighting champion, no less. He was told that if he interferes in the match tonight, he will lose his title shot, so the company is behind Page. Your world is about to get really bad, really quickly. You have committed crimes against the Opps and you will pay for your transcreations. Shibata is going to make Page pay for what he did to their brother in arms. Tell them, Shibata.

Shibata doesn’t use his speak and spell though, so no one knows what he said. Trust me.

Excalibur continues to run down the card for tonight. Excalibur goes into something about three years ago, but we see the Young Bucks in the back watching a match from November of 2020. Renee Paquette is here. She wants to know if they are going to join the Don Callis Family. But Don Callis is here to cut her off. He says after they win their 6-man tag team match tonight, they can give these rubes their answer tonight. So, head on out, and Don will do his special intro for them, you love that, right?

They head out, as Don delivers on his proclamation of a big entrance for the Bucks!

The Young Bucks and Josh Alexander vs. Sky Flight W/Leila Grey and Christopher Daniels

Nick Jackson and Dante Martin to start. Nick gets the better of Dante and sends him from the ring. Dante back in the ring, Nick misses and eats an enzugiri. Dante misses his dive, off the ropes, he misses a kick, Nick misses a kick, stand-off!

Alexander tags in, as does Darius Martin. Alexander hammers sky to the mat, but Sky back up and sends Alexander off. Josh rolls Sky around and throws him back to the mat. Irish Whip, corner clothesline by Alexander. Darius with a dropkick though, and he ends up in the wrong part of town. Triple Team from Sky Flight! Matt Jackson runs over both Martins and eats a Manhattan Drop from Sky! Nick Jackson takes care of Sky and Dante Martin; Matt takes him out. Sky goes to run, but Alexander drops the bottom rope, and Sky hits the floor. Alexander returns to the ring, as he hits his running crossbody block to the back of Sky, as we head out for commercial break.

The Bucks are eyeing up Sky, but Alexander tags in as we return from break. Alexander and Matt argue over it. Josh shoves Matt, he fakes a superkick, allowing Sky to roll up Josh for a two count. Darius Martin in now, he hits a Spanish Fly to Alexander and a tope to the Bucks! Darius with the pin, Alexander out at two. Alexander with a big forearm, but he ends getting ping ponged between the Martin Brothers. The Darius has Alexander in a powerbomb position, Dante on the top rope, AND HE HITS A MOONSAULT INTO A CLOTHESLINE TO ALEXANDER! Wow that was creative!

The Bucks enter the ring to break up the pin, as they take care of Sky Flight. Dante, in turn, takes out both Bucks on the floor with a big dive! Martin back in the ring, he gets a two on Alexander. Josh cuts off Martin with the ankle lock, but Dante kicks Josh out of the ring. Martin tries to go upstairs, but Alexander catches him and feeds him to the Bucks for the TK Driver! Alexander gathers up Martin instead and puts on the ankle lock for the submission!
WINNERS: The Young Bucks and Josh Alexander
TIME: 10:40
THOUGHTS: A really good match. The Martins continued to be innovative, and a lot of people got their shit in, before Alexander brought the match to a crawl to win with the submission.
RATING: ***3/4

Post-match, Don Callis asks the DCF to come out. He has something important to say! What a big win for The Young Bucks and Josh Alexander! Now, the world is watching, and waiting for the official announcement, that you are joining the Don Callis Family!

Nick has the mic, but Don takes it back. Don’t listen to these people. The money has been flowing since they came together. The Limos are back, the champaign is flowing! It’s in your best interest to declare, NOW!

Callis wants to remind you that AEW can be a very dangerous place. The two of you, walking around the back, without a Family, bad stuff can happen. He would hate to see what happened to Kenny Omega, what happened to you guys.

Well, speak of the Omegaman Devil, and here he is! Omega has a chair in hand, as he picks off the B-Team members of the DCF. He hits the ring, and he goes right after Alexander! Omega gets the upper hand, but the Bucks restrain him! Chop Block by Alexander to Omega, and he applies the Ankle Lock!

Don tells Josh to let Kenny go. This is the announcement that we are waiting for. Show me! Grab Kenny and show me that you are a part of the Family!

The fans chant no, as the Bucks are largely conflicted. But before they can, the Jurassic Express are here! Perry has a shovel, and Luchasaurus has a vacuum cleaner lol. The Bucks and Alexander hit the road, as the fans wave their Tarzan Boy hands in the air!

Renee has the Babes of Wrath in the back! She says they have the Sisters of Sin in the Women’s Tag Team Semifinals. Willow says they took it to the Sisters of Sin, and they were still smiling. But after they beat them in the tourney, they will be the only ones smiling.

Harley says Mercedes Mone and Athena found that out how good they were for themselves.

Willow: Who Are We?
Harley: BABES OF WRATH!
Willow: BABES OF WRATH!

They jump and bump chests. That was a lot of fun.

Bob Caudle has passed away at the age of 95. Tony Schiavone says he was the voice of his childhood, and if there was a Wrestling Hall of Fame in Heaven, Bob would be inducted. We get the graphic, as we head out to break.

The Hurt Syndicate are back to Hurt People!

#2 Entrant for the AEW National Title Casino Gauntlet at Full Gear: Shelton Benjamin W/MVP vs. Speedball Mike Bailey

The bell rings, as we get a handshake. Love it! Lock-up, as Shelton shoves Bailey to the corner, but he avoids him and chops Shelton. Benjamin is pissed, so Bailey puts him back in the corner and land kicks that do actual damage. Benjamin throws Bailey from the ring and looks to send Mike into the corner, but Bailey moves and they struggle around the ring post. Benjamin does his patented barricade to ring apron spot to Bailey. WE HURT PEOPLE chants, as Shelton returns Mike to the ring.

Bailey goes around the world and sits back onto Benjamin for a two count. La Magistral rom Bailey for a two count. Bailey applies an arm bar, but Benjamin turns that into the ankle lock. Bailey kicks him off and out onto the apron. Bare foot kick to the face of Benjamin. Mike goes to hit a tope, but Shelton catches him and slams him spine first into the apron! PIP Break!

Mike goes up and Mike comes back down to the mat as we return from break. Benjamin covers for a two count. MVP chastises Shelton for playing with his food lol. Bailey turns it around with a missile dropkick from the middle rope. Bailey with a straight kick, a round kick, and the running SSP. But that only gets him a one count and a pissed off Shelton lol. Bailey goes back to the kick game. Shelton grabs his leg, but Bailey locks on the arm bar. Benjamin fights to his feet with Bailey attached, and they both crash over the top rope and to the floor. A-E-DUB chants now.

Benjamin goes to return to the ring, so Bailey pulls him out. Bailey tries to get into the ring, so Shelton returns in kind. Shelton looking for a powerbomb against the barricade, but Mike snaps off a Rana, as Benjamin crashes into the barricade. Bailey returns to the ring, as Paul Turner counts Shelton. Benjamin to his feet, and he makes it in at nine. He runs into a kick from Bailey, as Mike heads to the very top. Picture perfect SSP from Bailey! The cover, Benjamin kicks out at two.

Bailey kicks Benjamin, but Shelton sits up like the Undertaker. Bailey kicks him back down and then hits the Shooting Star Knee drop. Bailey turns that into another arm bar. Shelton yells GET OFF ME and throws Bailey across the ring. Shelton runs into a roll-up for a two count. Benjamin with a SUPERKICK to Bailey! The cover, it looked like it was a three, but Turner stops his count. MVP gets into the ring and argues with Turner. Undeterred, Shelton launches into a release German, a corner clothesline, and another SUPERKICK, and this time, he gets the pinfall proper!
WINNER: Shelton Benjamin
TIME: 12:05
THOUGHTS: A great clash of styles in this match, with Bailey relying on their submission game as much as the highflying game, while Benjamin used his raw athleticism and his power to win the match. A good match, and I would like to see this again down the line.
RATING: ***1/2

Tag team action is up next after the break!

It’s time to go ride that death!

Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli W/Marina Shafir vs. Roderick Strong and Orange Cassidy

Someone REALLY needs to fix OC’s corrupt video entrance wall lol.

FRESHLY SQUEEZED chants as the bell rings. OC obliges by battling with Moxley to the floor, while Claudio and Roddy trade hands in the ring. The Death Riders seize control, as apparently, Daniel Garcia is here now. Random lol. Roddy won’t let the Death Riders gang up on OC, so they gang up on Roddy instead lol. Strong is returned to the ring, as Moxley is tagged in officially.

Moxley with punches and chops to Strong. He grinds Strong’s face across the top rope as Claudio is tagged in. They hit Strong with a double suplex. OC comes in on his own, hands are in the pockets. But Jon and Claudio don’t care as they catch OC’s dropkick and hit the wishbone. Strong tries to fight both men, but that doesn’t go very well.

Moxley back in the match as he beats on Strong in the corner. YOU TAPPED OUT chants, as Moxley looks flummoxed. Cassidy goes around the World with a DDT to Jon. Cassidy tries a crossbody to Claudio. Claudio catches him and rolls through, but OC with the Stun dog Millionaire! Claudio to the floor, Cassidy goes flying, but this time, Claudio catches Cassidy and goes to dump him into the crowd. Cassidy in the match. Orange Punch to Garcia! Wheeler Yuta is here now! Cassidy wants an Orange Punch, but Yuta escapes it and gets into the ring. While Bryce is distracted, Claudio hits the Pop-up Uppercut. Moxley with the Bulldog Choke, and Cassidy passes out.
WINNER: The Death Riders
TIME: 12:20
THOUGHTS: A good, physical tag team match, ruined by interference from the B-Team of the Death Riders. Not a bad match, but still, it feels like we are on a hamster wheel here.
RATING: ***

Post-match, the Death Riders look to beat up Cassidy, but here comes The One True Kyle! He makes a beeline for Moxley and applies the ankle lock! Strong sends Claudio from the ring, but both Yuta and Garcia try to kick O’Reilly off of Moxley, but Kyle grins and bears it lol. Strong and Cassidy kick them from the ring!

KOR on the mic! He wants to fight Moxley at Full Gear! And since he gave him a taste of blood, he wants a no-holds barred match! And just like at Blood and Guts, the record books will show that you tapped out!

Wow, a serious and not goofy KOR promo? Consider me interested!

Brodido are in the back! King says FTR have attacked legends and family, but they have proven that they are one of the best tag team of all-time. But they haven’t proven that they can beat Brodido. FTR are going home empty handed, because they will beat FTR. Bandido says yeah, remember, Brodido never stops fighting!

Kenny Omega and the Jurassic Express are in the back. Kenny says money cannot buy you happiness, because he knows the Bucks aren’t happy right now. Kenny says that money can’t buy people. The Bucks have shown him that, and Alexander, you took out Ibushi and Nakazawa. No amount of money is going to save you from what Kenny has in store for you. Guys, get a good sleep on Friday, because these three guys, they bid you adieu. So, goodbye, MUAH, and good night, BANG!

Mina and Riho will start this match off. Mina takes Riho to the ropes and gives a clean break. She hits Riho with a basement dropkick and goes for the cover, as Riho slides out from underneath Mina. Riho with a leg sweep and a pin, but Mina returns the slide in kind and shakes it!

RATING: ***3/4

Renee informs us, via audio, that the four teams who advance to the semifinals will face off this Saturday at Full Gear. The winning team will get to pick the stipulation for their match when they meet in the finals. Interesting.

Alicia Atout has Mark Briscoe and Kyle Fletcher in the back. She says they agreed to no physicality. She wants to know why Kyle accepted a match with these kinds of stipulations. Kyle says that he couldn’t turn down the challenge. He will defeat Briscoe, and he will come and be a part of a real family.

Briscoe says don’t talk to him about family. He fought alongside his real family, the Conglomeration, and he bled with them in a cage this past week. He is going to take that title from Fletcher and he will make sure that he never disrepsects him or his family again.

Briscoe is attacked from behind by Hechicero and Kazuchika Okada. They hold him in place, so Don Callis can tell them that they are going to make orphans of Mark’s kids.

Fletcher says thanks for agreeing to no physicality in jest, as he shakes hands with Hechicero and Okada. Okada says that he was glad to help, since Takeshita couldn’t. PROTOMAKER!

COMMERCIALS!

PAC is here. He has been doing some soul searching, and he feels he owes him an apology. You see, leading up to Blood and Guts, he said he was going to break his neck. But he burnt Darby instead. No one has seen or heard from him since then. But he gets it. At B&G, maybe he did take it a little too far. If you are still the little boy that doesn’t quit, then show him that. He is challenging him to a wrestling contest. No chairs, no cattle prods, no tasers. Cause when you lose the bells and whistles, there is no way that you can compete with a legitimate athlete like me!

Samoa Joe is here to commentate on the next match. He calls Tony a slippery little pig lol.

AEW Men’s World Heavyweight Champion Hangman Adam Page vs. Trios Champion Katsuyori Shibata

He clotheslines Shibata, he catches his boot and hits the Buckshot Lariat proper for the win!
WINNER: Hangman Adam Page
TIME: 10:45
THOUGHTS: Hangman wasn’t losing here, and he didn’t. The ending was creative, with a nod to the Angle-Guererro spot from WM20.
RATING: ***1/4

Post-match, the show turns from Dynamite to Collision, meaning that I have to switch from show to show on HBO Max. Thanks, guys!

I turn it over, and Page is on the mic. He makes fun of the time that Joe did commentary on WM36 wearing a poncho. It’s just Page and Joe now. He has taken care of Shibata, and he sent Hobbs to the hospital. And Joe, he wants you to remember the last time he was locked inside a cage with somebody, because if he has to do it again, then he will.

Hangman holds the ring, as Joe and Shibata make their way up the ramp.

Earlier today, cameras caught up with FTR. 11 years ago, FTR was formed, and nine years ago, they had a classic, says Stoke. Do you think anything that you do, Brodido, will be remembered in nine years?

Cash Wheeler wants Brodido to relax. They aren’t going to lock them in a room again, they won’t attack Bandido’s Family, or attack Ricky Steamboat.

Dax Harwood says that nine years ago, they did have a classic. But they have how many since then. They have been champions across seven promotions. They are hanging their hat on this upcoming match, and Brodido, you happen to be in the way. Top Guys, OUT!

The Tourney rolls on!

Bayne decks Melo, but Anna from behind with the Queen Slayer. Shafir is back now, as she gets a blind tag. Shafir breaks the hold, locks on the Mother’s Milk, and Anna taps out.
WINNER: Marina Shafir and Megan Bayne
TIME: 9:10
THOUGHTS: Definitely not a bad match. Not going to lie, I was hoping that Anna and Tay would win this match, given how long they have been a team, and it seemed that this tourney was set up for them to win the titles. But Megan and Marina are just way too tough of a team.
RATING: ***1/4

Toni and Mina are on the screen. This is a bloody delight, says Toni. They aren’t leaving until they wear their skulls as a necklace. And then they can name the stipulation for their match. It could be a chicken coop match, apartment wrestling, but Mina says Taipei Death Match! Toni says Jon Moxley will piss blood seeing what they do to Marina and Megan.

Draft Kings shill. I don’t care.

Excalibur runs down the remaining matches for tonight. They then highlight the AEW Women’s World Title Match.

We get a video package for Kris Statlander. The premise of the promo is that she never losses focus, and you should focus on her. Somewhere, I can hear GJ from Follow the Revolution agreeing whole heartedly lol.

COMMERCIALS!

The Bang Bang Gang are here. It sounds like Austin Gunn said Jailbreak and not Tailgate lol. Juice keeps repeating 200,000 dollars, and says they are going to divert the money into funds and a 401K. If you ain’t down with that, they have two words for you…

TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS!

The bell rings, as we get a collar and elbow tie-up. Okada takes Dorada to the ropes and gives a clean break. Another tie-up, Okada overpowers Dorada and clubs him in the back. Dorada reverses Okada, he rolls through, kicks Okada in the gut, hits the ropes, and he hits an arm drag from the top. He feigns diving out of the ring, but Okada moves, and Dorada poses in the ring. LUCHA chants follow.

Okada stalls around ringside and takes his time. BITCH chants lol. Okada again fakes rolling into the ring, but he rolls back out. Dorada decides to go outside, but that proves to be a mistake, as Okada throws Dorada into the barricade. He does it a second time and gets back in the ring. Okada looked like he was going to take off, but Dorada springs from the apron to the top rope and hits an arm drag. Okada out of the ring again, Dorada takes off and hits a Tope. Dorada returns Okada back to the ring, but Okada quickly reverses Dorada’s offense. He sets him in the corner and hits his patented dropkick, sending Dorada careening from the apron to the floor as we hit the break.

90-second break is over, as Okada gets kicked in the forehead as we return. Okada on the apron, Dorada hits a dodgy looking DDT from the top, as Dorada hits the floor. He brings Okada out of the corner and hits a sit-down driver! 450 Splash from Dorada! The cover, Okada kicks out at 2.5!

Okada finds himself on the top rope again, as Dorada goes up top. Dorada looking for another Rana, but Okada hits a rather dodgy looking powerbomb. Okada looking Rainmaker, but he gets rolled up for a two count. Okada steals a move from Takeshita’s playbook before hitting the Rainmaker proper for the win!
WINNER: Kazuchika Okada
TIME: 12:05
THOUGHTS: I want to say this match was incredible, because it was, but it also had some borderline botches, and some mistiming’s between the men. Still, I can’t be too mad about that, as Dorada and Okada put on a good one.

Load up another match for the Zero Hour Tailgate, as Don Callis says they will challenge the CMLL Trios Champions Sky Team this Saturday. And this will be an all-star team, as it will be Kazuchika Okada, Hechicero, and making his triumphant return from Japan, Konosuke Takeshita! Okada looks like someone just pissed in his cereal lol.

Renee has the Sisters of Sin in the back. Julia and Skye recite the three sins that Willow and Harley have committed, before Thekla shows up to say that, if you thought they did sick shit to Willow and Harley at Blood and Guts, you haven’t seen anything yet! Frankly, I’m interested!

The Stat Daddy is here for tonight’s main event!

COMMERCIALS!

ROH Women’s TV Title Unification Match: Red Velvet (C) vs. Mercedes “Ultimo” Mone (C)

Both ladies get into each other’s faces before the bell. The bell officially rings, and there is an early roll-up by Mone for a two. Velvet returns in kind then hits an arm drag. They both miss on drop kicks, and dang, I didn’t realize that Mone looks like a giant compared to Velvet lol. Mone off the ropes, Velvet with a dropkick to the gut. Velvet kicks out the legs of Mone and chokes her with her boot. Velvet misses her charging attack, and Mone hits a running dropkick to the back.

C-E-O chants, as Mone hits a Meteora from the apron. She goes over the timekeeper’s table and raises both of the ROH TV titles. She taunts Statlander with them, allowing Velvet the chance to attack her. Mone throws Velvet into Statlander at the table and then throws her into the ring. Statlander gets on the apron, and the distraction allows Mone to hit Velvet with one of the titles. Mone throws the title away, but Velvet seems to have an iron head I guess, as she fights off Mone as we head to commercial break.

Velvet hits a side suplex to Mone for a two count as we return from break. Velvet hits a Meteora of her own to the back of Mone. Another pin for a two count on Mone. Velvet wants to stir it up, but Mone catches her in the Statement Maker! Velvet gets to the ropes, but Mone pushes off to keep the hold on. Velvet manages to break free with a roll-up for a two count. Velvet with short arm scissors. CEO chants, as Mone lays back on Velvet to get a two count.

Both ladies to their feet, Mone catches Velvet and hits a standing kick. Her Meteora misses, and Velvet with a release German. Spinning kick from Velvet gets her a two count. Velvet goes around the world and locks on the Flying Octopus, but Mone counters out with the lung blower. Mone gets a two count. Mone with a knee strike. She heads to the top, but Velvet cuts her off. Both women struggle for control, as Velvet hits a wheelbarrow destroyer from the top! The cover, another two count. Excalibur says that O’Reilly and Moxley is official for Full Gear, as Velvet hits a flying head scissor to Mone. Again, to the corner we go, but this time, Mone catches Velvet with an avalanche Lung Blower! The cover, Mone is the official ROH Women’s TV Champion!
WINNER: Mercedes Mone (Official Champion)
TIME: 12:25
THOUGHTS: As if Mone was in any serious danger of losing in her hometown, but the obvious result did not take away from these two ladies delivering a kick arse main event for the Collision hour of the show. It is especially more impressive on the part of Velvet, not that long removed from her injury.
RATING: ***3/4

Post-match, Mone brings her titles over to celebrate. Statlander gets up, Mone throws one of the titles at her, and hits a Meteora! Statement Maker from Mone! She lets go of the hold and celebrates on top of the announce table with Kris’ Women’s Title! Suspense! Kris walks away, picks up Red Velvet and carries her to the back.

And with that, we are done!
