Kevin Nash Says Cody Rhodes Would Be A Great Heel

On the latest episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash talked about his belief that Cody Rhodes has everything needed to be a great heel and that flipping his character would be a natural evolution given Rhodes’ existing persona and presentation.
Rhodes is currently feuding with Orton leading into WrestleMania, and Orton turned on Rhodes on the March 13th episode of WWE Smackdown. You can check out some highlights below:
On the Orton attack:
“I thought they did a really good piece of business. I saw really… I just think he’s I think he would be so go,od knowing him. I just think that f**king Cody would be such a great heel. There was a black and white picture that I saw. I don’t know, I think it was on RAW after the situation. Because they went to black and white because of the color on Cody. So like when they showed anything that was a picture depiction of what happened. And Cody was kind of sitting, and it was probably cropped how I am right now. And his shirt was all torn, and he had this f**king — almost like a falling down look on his face. But he had the blood across him he was, and he was kind of battered looking. I just thought like, that’s a really good visual to make me forget for that split second this is a f**king work. It just, it does. Because we’re such visual creatures.”
On Turning Rhodes Heel:
“No, you can turn Cody heel because Cody still gets — like, he has that everyman appeal that his dad had. But it would be so easy to turn that into Nature Boy. I watched him do a thing once, maybe it was his wife that did it. Did an interview, and they were in the trailer, and he had like this rack of f**king suits. And she’s like, ‘These are his suits. And he usually only wears these one time, then he gets rid of them.’ And you’re thinking like, those are [$1,600] to $2,000 suits minimum, and he’s f**king wearing them one f**king day and dumping them?”
