Killer Kross Pitches One-Night-Only Alliance With Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods

Reigning MLW World Heavyweight Champion Killer Kross has pitched joining forces with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods for one night only in the wake of their recent WWE exits.
Kofi and Woods exited WWE earlier this month after TKO reportedly offered them a restructured deal. Since their exit, there has been a lot of excitement among wrestlers from other companies as well as independent promotions about the possibility of working with the legendary duo.
On X, a fan pitched a one-on-one match between Killer Kross and Austin Creed (FKA Xavier Woods). Responding to the post, the former WWE Superstar pitched a one-night-only partnership with the former New Day duo for a trios match. He named their alliance “The New Doomsday.”
“What about a one-night-only trios tag team with @TrueKofi & @AustinCreedWins… The New Doomsday,” he wrote.

Interestingly, Kofi, Creed, and Kross share a piece of history from their days in WWE. Back in 2024, Kross relentlessly tried to cajole the former Xavier Woods to break away from Kofi and embrace his dark side. As it turned out, the former multi-time WWE Tag Team Champions ended up turning heel during The New Day’s 10th anniversary special segment in December of that year.
