Latest Update on Backstage Morale in WWE During TKO Era

During a recent Fightful Select Q&A (via Ringside News), Sean Ross Sapp spoke about how morale in WWE has been in the modern TKO era, especially compared to how it was during Vince McMahon’s final years.

It was noted that while things aren’t 100% positive, they are significantly better than they were from 2016-2022. Sapp noted that he talked to people during that time period who were ‘miserable’ and that isn’t the case anymore.

Sapp noted that he asks questions off the record, and sometimes they go unanswered. He asks privately about various scandals, such as the lawsuit against Vince McMahon by Janel Grant, but does so privately as it’s not fair to ask them questions like that publicly. The stars on the roster are said to be ‘frustrated’ about answering for the company’s scandals.
