Leon Slater Challenges Cedric Alexander To X-Division Title Match At Lockdown On TNA Impact

Leon Slater has laid down a challenge to Cedric Alexander for an X-Division Championship match at Lockdown, calling the champion out on this week’s TNA Impact. Thursday night’s live episode of Impact saw Slater call out Alexander for a title rematch. The challenge happened after Slater and Ricky Sosa defeated Alexander and Eddie Edwards in the show’s opening match.

Slater cut a promo after the match, saying that he wanted a shot at Alexander at TNA Lockdown which would automatically make it a cage match. You can see clips of the match and post-match promo below.

Alexander defeated Slater for the X-Division Championship on the May 14th episode of TNA Impact. TNA Lockdown takes place on August 23rd from Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago, Illinois. Alexander vs. Slater is the first match set up for the event.
