During a recent interview with The Collection’s Brad Gilmore, WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan reflected on her title victory over Stephanie Vaquer last month, her entrance performing her song “Trouble” at the event, and more. Below are some highlights:

Liv Morgan on the Moment of Her Winning the Title

“It’s surreal. It’s out of body. It’s the feeling is so big that you really have to be intentional to feel it. It’s just huge. It’s what we all work for. Like you said, it’s like the pinnacle. I won a championship at WrestleMania. You can’t get any better than that. And so to achieve that and to accomplish that, something that felt like so far away, like something I, you know, who knows if I’d ever be able to do, it was so surreal for me. And the moment felt so big that I just remember just lying there just trying to soak it all in and just trying to absorb it all, and just trying to remember that moment and trying to soak as much of it in as I could, so that I wouldn’t forget it. But it’s so big that it’s almost hard to feel. It’s so overwhelming.”

On Her ‘Trouble’ Entrance

“No, it was all just it was all just amazing opportunities that I really couldn’t believe that I was having the privilege to do. Like I did pretty much like a VMA entrance for my entrance for WrestleMania. I don’t think it’s ever been done before. I had the suit, ripped away the suit, gear reveal. My dancers were incredible. And I feel like I won before the match even started. Like I knew I knew it was I knew it was iconic and I knew like I was the first to do it and if anyone ever tried to do it, they were just copycats.”

On Sol Ruca Interrupting Her on WWE Raw

“Yeah, you saw Sol Ruca interrupt me, right? You saw Sol interrupt me, and then I had to teach her why you don’t interrupt Liv Morgan during her championship celebration with her family on Monday Night Morgan. Honestly, the goal — the gall — the goal — the nerve, the nerve on that woman. Couldn’t believe. Couldn’t believe.”

Liv Mogan on Sol Ruca Taking a Page Out of Her Own Book

“Well, she did say she did say that she admires me pretty much. She pretty much said that I’m an inspiration to her, which, you know, she’s great. So, the fact that like I’m her inspiration, go figure. That’s like that, you know, that’s no surprise to me. Of course, she’s watching me. Of course, all the girlies in NXT are watching Liv Morgan to try to figure out how to do what I do. And so, even though she came out and said nice things, I still had to teach her a lesson. And look, where has Sol Ruca been? She hasn’t shown up on Monday Night Raw. So, I hope she’s humbled herself.
