Logan Paul has reacted to the chants from fans related to his Japan controversy during this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.

The January 19, 2026, edition of WWE RAW took place in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The Vision was in action at the show, with Logan Paul teaming up with Bronson Reed and Austin Theory to take on Rey Mysterio, Penta, and Dragon Lee.

During the match, the former United States Champion was greeted with ‘He’s banned from Japan’ chants. This was in reference to the backlash that the controversial YouTuber-turned-pro wrestler received after he filmed a suicide victim’s body during his visit to Japan’s Aokigahara forest during the winter of 2017.

Paul addressed these chants in the latest edition of his vlog on YouTube, arguing that he’s not officially banned from Japan.

“I’m not even banned from Japan, like officially. I’m not banned from Japan in an official way. How did a room full of absolute morons concoct such a brilliant chant? I’m not banned from Japan! I’m not. I’m actually not.”

Coming back to the six-man tag team match that Logan Paul was involved in this past Monday, his ploy to introduce his brass knuckles failed spectacularly after General Manager Adam Pearce, who was seated at ringside during the bout, caught him handing them over to Austin Theory. Rey Mysterio eventually used the foreign object to his advantage, blasting Theory with it to set up a win for his team.

Elsewhere in the vlog, Logan and Paul Heyman discussed the identity of the person with whom Adam Pearce spoke on the call. You can check out the conversation HERE.
