Matt Hardy & Nick Gage vs. Matt Cardona & Broski Jimmy Set for GCW Homecoming

– Matt Hardy and Matt Cardona will face off against each other at GCW Homecoming Night Two later this month. Matt Hardy faced off against NicK Gage at last night’s GCW Now and Forever event. During the show, GCW General Manager Matt Cardona cut a promo on Matt Hardy and Gage, insulting Gage and saying Matt Hardy was “way too good for GCW.”

Hardy then insulted Cardona, praising Gage as “the heart and soul of GCW!” He also insulted Cardona. After the match, Hardy delivered a Twist of Fate to Cardona. Cardona later announced the tag team match for Homecoming. Cardona will team with Broski Jimmy for the matchup.

Matt Cardona wrote, “GCW Homecoming in 2021 changed my career. It changed my life. I’ve been in the main event of Homecoming in 2021, 2022, and 2023. When I tore my pec in April and needed surgery, I was told I’d be out of action for 6-8 months. I knew I could recover faster. I circled the date of Homecoming 2024 on my calendar and I worked my ass off to comeback. The hard work payed off. I’ll be back on August 25. Don’t miss it.”

GCW Homecoming will be held at The Showboat in Atlantic City, New Jersey on August 25.
