Mercedes Mone Loses IWGP Women’s Title At STARDOM All-Star Grand Queendom

Mercedes Mone’s IWGP Women’s Championship run is over, losing the title to Mayu Iwatani at STARDOM All-Star Grand Queendom. Iwatani defeated Mone at Sunday’s show to capture the championship. Mone said after the show that she will be appearing at NJPW Resurgence on May 2st.

The win marks Iwatani’s first run with the title, and ends Mone’s run at 64 days. Mone won the title from KAIRI at NJPW Battle in the Valley on February 18th.
